(2) Thermal plates must reach an initial thermal energy threshold to generate an image, and thermal energy above the initial threshold does not change the shape of the dot. It is the only technology that can control the prediction result, the quality is easy to control, the publication quality is stable, the plate can be extended up to 6 months after exposure before developing, and it will not have the slightest effect on the quality of the plate.
(3) Thermal plate dot reproducibility is good, high resolution, dot edge sharp and clear. It is easy to achieve water-ink balance when printing, with good printing adaptability, and the printing strength of the plate after baking can reach more than 1,000,000 prints.
